Why it exists
A simple square-foot calculation does not tell you which stock length is cheapest, how many rows the actual board width creates, whether a cut leaves an impractical remainder, or how much contingency you want to carry. DeckCalculator is built around those purchasing decisions.
How the calculations are produced
